Show me your daily habits and I'll show you what type of person you are.
I've come to see the truth in this phrase more and more over the past year. An individual is a collection of habits, and their choices of what habits they undertake determine what sort of person they become.
I'm adopting a new daily habit for 2016, which I'm calling one thank-you a day. It's simple: every day I'm going to send a message to someone who's inspiring me at that time. Based on my interests, these people will often be entrepreneurs, writers, photographer, and filmmakers, but the options are endless. I'm not going to make any requests of these people, nor will I even introduce myself beyond the point of relevant context. I just want to say thank-you to the people doing the things that make my world a magical place.
I'm certain there are people out there who improve your life, yet you've never told them they do. Why don't you let them know?
